Our team is committed to serving you, our members, while still caring for the health and safety of our team members, and here are a few steps we’re taking to protect our SmoothieBox members and team.
Sanitation and hygiene
From production to packing, the SmoothieBox team adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
We continue to adhere to strict cleaning and sanitation practices within our manufacturing and fulfillment centers, as well.
Our team members are also committed to upholding good hygiene practices, practicing distancing in the workplace, and taking responsibility in monitoring for symptoms.
Communication with our partners
SmoothieBox is considered an essential business because we sell groceries.
Each part of our supply chain also falls into that same category.
As a result, farmers, our suppliers, distributors, fulfillment center employees, truckers, and ourselves will continue working.
We do not anticipate any disruptions to our supply chain at this time.
During this time, we remain in constant contact with our suppliers and carriers.
Our fulfillment team is fully staffed, and carriers are continuing to operate as normal.
Should anything change, we’re ready to respond and let you know exactly what to expect should we experience any delays with your SmoothieBox.
Convenience to your doorstep
We know you’re doing your part to help flatten the curve during this time, and we don’t take for granted you’ve chosen us as a trusted food source that is delivered to your doorstep.
Carriers will continue to maintain safe distance and leave your SmoothieBox directly at your door, and tracking emails will continue to be sent so that you can track your SmoothieBox on its journey to your doorstep.
