Our New Year, New You 20-day Smoothie Challenge.
We think this is the best way to help you start off the new year with a healthy habit!
How The New Year, New You SmoothieBox Challenge Works:
Starting on January 7th, you’ll receive a text from us each weekday for 20 days.
Our hope is to motivate you to have a Super Smoothie 5 days out of your week for an entire month.
We did our first challenge in late 2018 for a week and the feedback from the challenge participants was incredible.
How to Join the New Year, New You SmoothieBox Challenge:
Text SB2019 to 82149 to enter the challenge.
You’ll receive your first text from SmoothieBox on January 7th, so gather your liquids, manage your billing date if you’re getting low on smoothies, and get ready to feel great!
The challenge will also include videos from our partners to help you exercise and get fit.

Emily is the Director of Member Experience at SmoothieBox and loves creating new recipes to share with our smoothie community. She gets help and ideas from her two toddlers, especially if it involves our Green Super Smoothie. In her spare time she can be found outside with family.
