Kale Green Smoothie Recipe

A refreshing Green Super Smoothie with a burst of strawberries!

Kale is one of the best sources of vitamin K, and can aide in lowering cholesterol, making it a great vegetable to add to your smoothies.



  1. Chop and wash kale.
  2. Add all ingredients to your blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Enjoy!

Pro Tip

Make your smoothie a bit sweeter with full cup of strawberries. They're a great source of Vitamin C and will add a burst of sweetness.
