You’ve probably heard that it is important to have iron in your diet.
There are a number of reasons why this is the case, but in a nutshell, iron is a mineral in our bodies that play a vital role in helping blood carry oxygen throughout the body.
Without enough iron, you can become anemic: Tired, dizzy, cold, headaches and some difficulty breathing.
Tip: In addition to being a good source of iron, spinach is also chock full of antioxidants and good for your skin.
The honey also contains antioxidants and is also good for digestive health.
- 1 SmoothieBox Green smoothie packet
- 1 collagen pouch
- 8 oz. coconut water
- ½ cup frozen or fresh strawberries
- Handful of spinach — about 1 cup
- 1-2 Tbsp honey
- Add frozen SmoothieBox Green packet and collagen to blender.
- Pour in coconut water.
- Add in spinach and honey.
