Iron Super Smoothie Recipe

You’ve probably heard that it is important to have iron in your diet.

There are a number of reasons why this is the case, but in a nutshell, iron is a mineral in our bodies that play a vital role in helping blood carry oxygen throughout the body.

Without enough iron, you can become anemic: Tired, dizzy, cold, headaches and some difficulty breathing.

Leafy greens are a great source of iron, so adding some spinach to our Green Super Smoothie is a great way to get the iron your body needs.1

Tip: In addition to being a good source of iron, spinach is also chock full of antioxidants and good for your skin. 

The honey also contains antioxidants and is also good for digestive health.

  • 1 SmoothieBox Green smoothie packet
  • 1 collagen pouch
  • 8 oz. coconut water
  • ½ cup frozen or fresh strawberries
  • Handful of spinach — about 1 cup
  • 1-2  Tbsp honey


  1. Add frozen SmoothieBox Green packet and collagen to blender.
  2. Pour in coconut water.
  3. Add in spinach and honey.
  4. Blend.
  5. Enjoy
