Are you constantly left feeling hungry or finding yourself snacking more than you'd like between meals? Getting enough fiber in your daily diet can help you feel fuller longer, promoting good gut health and limiting the extra snacks.

With a few staple ingredients, this smoothie is easy to add into your weekly smoothies one or two times a week.

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Depending on how you enjoy your smoothie, experiment with more or less liquid to start with until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Pour blended smoothie into your SmoothieBox insulated tumbler, or your favorite cup will do, too.
  4. Optional: top with shredded coconut or extra cacao nibs for some added crunch

Flax seed has some amazing nutritional benefits. Just one tablespoon adds almost 2 grams of fiber to your smoothie. In addition to fiber, it's an excellent source of magnesium and calcium.
