Eggnog Smoothie Recipe

Eggnog is a holiday tradition, but not a very healthy one! No worries! We're blending all of the traditional eggnog flavors with our SmoothieBox Clementine Super Smoothie pouch of frozen fruits and vegetables for a delicious, healthy, and festive meal fit for the holidays!

Eggnog Smoothie Recipe

Make it Adult: Add two ounces of your favorite rum or whiskey to give this holiday smoothie a little more kick. It’ll be one of the healthiest cocktails you enjoy all season!

Ingredients

  • 1 SmoothieBox Clementine Super Smoothie pouch
  • 2 Scoops (10g) SmoothieBox collagen
  • 6oz Vanilla cashew milk
  • 1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • A pinch of cloves
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
Get The Smoothie Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add frozen SmoothieBox pouch and collagen to blender.
  2. Pour in cashew milk and vanilla extract.
  3. Add pinches of nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves.
  4. Blend and enjoy!
  5. Optional: Add the rum or whisky before or after blending if you want the alcoholic version of the Eggnog smoothie.
